Most people call me Grams. 8 years shipping B2B products in transportation, healthcare, and education. I work best with distributed teams where ownership is clear and the work speaks for itself.
Now
Mozio connects 3,000+ transportation providers across 180 countries and 3,500+ cities. I own the product across supply and distribution from the supplier dashboard that lets providers run their own operations, to the driver app used daily across the network, to the notification infrastructure that keeps travelers and drivers in sync. Currently leading the expansion into car rental, a new vertical that extends Mozio's ground transportation network into a significant untapped market.
Selected cases
Providers had no real-time visibility into where their drivers were. Travelers kept calling support. The gap between what was happening on the ground and what anyone could see was causing real damage operationally and in terms of customer trust.
Built the live tracking platform from the ground up mobile apps, web tracking pages, and operational dashboards. Worked end to end with engineering and design, async across multiple timezones, from early discovery through full rollout.
Every pricing update, vehicle change, or route tweak required a supplier to contact an account manager. It wasn't scalable and suppliers knew it. The dependency was slowing everyone down.
Designed and shipped a self-service platform where suppliers manage their own trips, pricing, reports, and vehicles. Took it from a blank Figma file to production with a cross-functional team spread across four continents.
Kosovo has communities that speak both Albanian and Serbian, but no accessible online tools to learn either language. Hajde ti (meaning "come on" in Albanian) was built to close that gap a free, bilingual e-learning platform connecting people across a post-conflict divide.
Designed, built, and launched the platform from scratch. Ran all content, community, and outreach in both Albanian and Serbian. Grew the platform to 2,000+ registered users with international reach across Kosovo, Albania, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, and more. Presented the project at the POINT CivicTech Conference in Sarajevo, and was featured in regional press as part of Kosovo's emerging civic technology scene.
SMS was expensive and unreliable. Communication between travelers and drivers was breaking at the worst moments right before pickup.
Led the migration from SMS-first communication to push notifications. Rebuilt the notification infrastructure end to end, cutting costs substantially and improving the reliability of the most critical touchpoints in the traveler journey.
Before Mozio
Led product across Remote Patient Monitoring, Home Care, Ambulatory Care, and telehealth delivery for US and Kosovo markets. Secured 3 enterprise clients.
Founded the first bilingual language learning platform in the Balkans. Built it from scratch, grew to 2,000+ users across 9 countries.
Delivered 5 projects for Swiss and German clients. Also owned Jamatu a ticket and co-working space booking platform in Switzerland.
Selected for NDI's Emerging Leaders program under the Conflict Transformation initiative, then hired full time. Initiated what later became hajdeti.org.
Built civic tech applications from scratch Walk Freely and Illegal Dumping achieving 400+ early impact reports. First hands-on experience turning real community problems into shipped products.
Topics I come back to: product strategy, async teams, AI for PMs, marketplace design, and what it actually takes to ship in distributed environments.

Based in Kosovo, working remotely across time zones. I believe good products come from deeply understanding the problem before writing a single line of code or a single ticket.
